Hawaiian women writers performed a 2 hour reading of excerpts from their works at UHHilo. The event was covered with three cameras. The edited video was aired on community access TV state-wide  and made into a DVD for sale on Amazon.com. Out of the Sea was responsible for all aspects of production.

Zero Waste innovators from around the world came together at the Mauna Lani Resort & Spa to discuss the origin and future of Zero Waste. Out of the Sea covered the conference with three cameras and edited the video into a concise one hour program that captured the essence of the 3 day event. Out of the Sea coordinated airing the program on community access TV.
